You want the best for your
children. You sacrifice and you work hard to give them what
you feel they deserve. You want to preserve their youth and keep
them healthy. Sometimes, however, what you may think is the best
may not be. When was the last time you examined the label on a
bottle of a skin lotion or shampoo before you purchased it? What
was the most important thing for you? Maybe the smell? Maybe the
"look" of the bottle? How about buying a famous brand
name? Whatever it was...did you take the time to read the ingredients?
If you did...did you know what the ingredients were? I mean X + Z =
whatever ...right? I had chemistry in college, but who
keeps up with all their exotic naming (unless off course you are a
chemist). There are so many products available out there that it's almost impossible to keep up with one ingredient or the other.
Now in the past, I have practiced the "blind faith" philosophy.
I have assumed that because I wanted the good for all people, surely, the
people (meaning in this case the people I bought from) wanted the "all
good for me". Ha! O.K. you can call me naive now...go ahead
do it. I dear you:-). I have learned the hard way, this is
not the case. At least not for some (I still choose to believe
that most of us out there still desire the ultimate good for others...I
hope). Anyway, you may be a world ahead of me
in this area and already know that there are many brands of skin
care and self care products out there that are full of "bad stuff".
However, I discovered it about three years ago, right about the same time
I heard about Dr. Samuel Epstein. If you want to learn more about his
work I will direct you to his link (make sure you bookmark this page
before you depart, you will not be able to return unless you use your
browser) CLICK
HERE. I am often amazed at all the work this
gentleman has done. Even then, not many are acquainted with all
his research. I heard him speak about this information during a nationally televised
program. This program also presented a very unique company that
offered self care and skin products with none of the ingredients that
Dr. Epstein had stated as being carcinogenic (that is cancer
causing). The company was Neways International. I decided to give the products a try in a
hurry (run, run, run). To be honest at that time I was not really
concerned about liking them. I actually expected mud bar soap
(nothing against a good batch of that), but to my
surprise...wow! I loved them. Moral of the story being
don't judge something good, just because is good for you. I not
only got off the "bad" ingredients, but started having some
really great results with the product line. The rest is
history. I felt so good about them that I decided to share them
with my friends. I think that a healthy body and skin are significant parts in your lifestyle improvement. They say that you
are what you eat...yes! However, I also think that you are what
you put on. The skin (being the largest organ of your body) also gets
hungry:-). If you put it on, you might as well be
able to eat it ( I heard someone say that before) because those pores
are going to ingest it anyway. If you are interested in learning
